My name is Salil, and I love leading group fitness classes. My goal is to make each class a fun and memorable part of your fitness journey, no matter your fitness level.
I’ve been teaching as a hobby since 2020, initially training a small group of friends. Though mainly self-educated, I continually learn from master instructors. I’m also a certified XCORE® instructor.

Good technique matters more than the number of reps or the amount of weight. I focus on proper form to ensure you progress safely.

Inclusiveness
People of all fitness levels can enjoy a great workout in my class. There are always options for everyone.

Strength and cardio, upper and lower body, relaxing and challenging—you’ll find a well-rounded mix of workouts in my class.

The music!
A fun playlist makes your workout experience enjoyable. Motivating music drives you to push your limits. Let me be your workout DJ!
